Suitable for airtight flexible materials with a thickness of less than 18mm, such as: car floor mats, seat covers, leather, PU, PVC film materials, PVC foam board, KT boards, EVA non-slip mats, corrugated paper, cardboard, carbon fiber, carbon felt, Polyester fiberboard, insulating paper, etc.

The power of this cutting head is greater than that of the conventional vibrating knives, and it is suitable for cutting difficult materials with conventional vibrating knives, such as: asbestos pads, graphite pads, hard fiberboards; rubber and PVC boards with a thickness of more than 10mm; EVA, cork, etc. above 15mm.

This cutting head it equipped with a 400W servo motor, which is the most powerful among all cutting heads; it is suitable for cutting thicker and harder materials such as EVA, pearl cotton, extruded board, foam, etc. with a thickness of 5-10 cm; cloth, leather multi-layer cutting.

This cutting head is suitable for cutting some thicker or particularly soft foam materials, such as pearl cotton insulation cotton, sponge, rubber and plastic cotton, rock wool, EVA, honeycomb panels, multi-layer fabrics, multi-layer leather, etc.

The motor drives the circular blade to rotate at high speed to cut the material, and the cutting edge has no wires and burrs. It is suitable for cutting cloth, textile materials, various woven materials, artificial wool, artificial turf, cotton pads, glass fiber cloth, floor mats, carpets, etc.

Suitable for cutting some stickers, car stickers, mobile phone film, protective film and other materials.

The drag knife is a kind of unpowered cutting head, which can be understood as a vibrating knife without a driving motor. It is most widely used in the advertising industry and table mat industry. It can cut photo paper, warning stickers, PVC boards with a thickness of less than one centimeter, and soft glass table mats, etc.

 

V-groove knife is also called oblique cutter, mainly used for grooving some materials, mainly used in corrugated paper, honeycomb paper, hollow board, polyester fiber board, rubber, EVA and other materials.

The pressing wheel is mainly used in the packaging industry. The material is creased through the pressing wheel to facilitate the folding of the material; the perfect creasing effect can be obtained by replacing the pressing wheel with a suitable depth and width (regularly equipped with three rollers of different specifications).

The dotted line knife processes regular dotted lines on the surface of some materials through Z-direction pressure. It is mainly used in packaging materials to tear or fold for easy use.

The circular punch is driven by the motor to rotate at high speed, and small circular holes are punched on the material to make up for the non-standard small circular holes of some materials cut by the vibrating knife.

High-speed water-cooled motor rotates at high speed to mill high-hardness materials, which can be used for cutting hard materials such as acrylic, PTFE board, aluminum-plastic board, density board, etc.; and milling of some materials.

Single Tool Holder

This type of equipment is mainly used to process materials with a single process. For example, the customer’s material only needs a single cutting function.

Multiple Tool Holder

This type of equipment is mainly suitable for the same material that requires multiple processes, or needs to use different tool heads to cut different types of materials. Commonly used tool head combinations include (vibrating knife +pressure wheel), (vibrating knife + round knife), (pneumatic knife + milling cutter), etc.

Double Head Mutual Shift

This type of machine has two independent heads. When the processing volume is large, the two heads can cut the same graphics at the same time, and the efficiency is twice that of the conventional single-head machine; Use one of the machine heads for processing.

Double Beam

This type of machine has two independent gantry/ beams. The cutting heads on the two gantries achieve asynchronous cutting (different graphics can be cut when the two heads are running at the same time); it can achieve seamless splicing function (a single graphics is smaller than the previous one). When large, the two cutting heads can be spliced.

CCD Camera Position
  • Small CCDs are mostly used in the advertising industry, such as special-shaped cutting of KT boards, PVC, and photos; packaging and color box processing.
  • The positioning method requires adding MARK points during printing, and requires a printed outline vector map.
  • This type of positioning method is more suitable for materials that are prone to stretching or deformation.

  • Support automatic extraction of outer contour and template cutting.
  • Support continuous feeding, identify one version and cut one version.
  • For materials of different thickness, no recalibration is required.
  • This type of positioning is more suitable for materials that are prone to deformation or expansion.
Irregular Leather Identification
  • Can automatically extract the outer contour of irregular leather materials.
  • Can identify internal defects and imperfections in genuine leather.
  • Automatically lay out materials within irregular contours to improve utilization.
  • Optional projection function to project cutting samples onto the material surface for preview.
Projection

This function can project the pattern that needs to be cut onto the surface of the material, and can clearly see the position of the pattern on the material to ensure the accuracy of the cutting position; this function is more suitable for some irregular shapes, which are difficult to operate with conventional infrared positioning material.
